Ministry Summer School

Join us for a week of practical training for inner city mission.

Location
London
Date
Mon 22 June – Fri 26 June 2026

The LCM Summer School is a week-long training programme equipping church leaders and mission workers with practical tools for effective urban mission.

Urban centres like London are socially and culturally diverse, and complex; a tapestry of ethnicities and expressions. Cities present a unique opportunity to reach people from across the world with the gospel.

London City Mission has a wealth of experience working on the ground alongside churches, building bridges into communities where Jesus isn't yet known.

If you are a ministry leader, church planter, theology student or mission worker, then the LCM Summer School is for you!

The training is designed to provide you with a solid framework and practical tools for effective urban mission. Join us whilst we enter and explore the city, learn more about evangelism and embracing others and finally learning how to entrust others to carry on our outreach.

Throughout the week, we’ll be covering:

  • Tools for exploring the city
  • Hospitality & Practical Service
  • Communicating the gospel effectively to those on the margins
  • Raising Leaders from the Margins

....and much more!

We pray you’ll come away with a fresh energy and God’s heart for the city.
