About the Pioneer Scheme
The LCM Pioneer Scheme is a unique opportunity for Christians from London’s urban communities to:
- Receive theological training
- Gain hands-on mission experience through an LCM placement
- Serve one day a week in their home church
- Grow in confidence sharing Jesus in real-life contexts
- Be supported through mentoring, training, and community
- Receive a parttime salary throughout the two-year programme
