This Christmas, your gift will help someone like Sally receive a warm welcome and hear about Jesus

Every donation before 24 Dec will be matched – doubling your impact to bring warmth, practical care and gospel hope.

Sally’s story

“I was on drugs and on the streets for 20 years. I knew that was bad, but that’s all I knew” Sally

Sally had been through years of pain — abandonment, rejection, addiction. She often arrived first at Webber Street (our day centre) not because she expected solutions, but simply to feel seen.

At Christmas, we set up a tree. She said, “I hadn’t seen one in years… it was just a happy atmosphere.”

But that warmth was just the start.

How it changed

In 2022, Grace Church partnered with us to host an evening meal. Bisi, a church volunteer, discovered she and Sally shared the same birthday and brought her a birthday card.

“It’s been such a long time since anyone got me a birthday card.”  That small act pierced her heart, opening the way for gospel conversations and a new life.

Eventually, Sally committed her life to Jesus. Today, she is clean for over a year and a half. She has a flat, a faith community, and has been baptised.

But there are many more people who need to receive the warm welcome and hear about Jesus? This Christmas, could you help someone like Sally hear about Jesus?

Give

SHARE THE LOVE OF JESUS WITH PEOPLE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS

Your gift doesn’t just provide a hot meal or warm clothes, it opens doors for relationships, gospel conversations, and by God’s grace, a lasting spiritual transformation.

At Webber Street, LCM equips local churches and volunteers to lovingly accompany guests, offering not just provision, but personal connection, discipleship, and hope. Sally’s journey was only possible because a mission centre, a church, and caring supporters all worked together.

Can you give today to help more people like Sally find shelter, belonging, and hear about Jesus this Christmas?

Every gift will be doubled until 24 December, thanks to a generous matching fund. Your £50 becomes £100 for someone in need.
