Terry Puttick

Field Director and Coaching

Terry joined London City Mission in 1978 and spent 22 years working in the field before becoming a Field Director. In more recent years, Terry has come alongside field staff as a coach. In all his time with the Mission, he has never lost his passion for seeing people come to faith. In fact, he says he is even more fervent.

Isaiah 40:31 says, "Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles." By God's grace, Terry wants to see all of our field staff soaring in ministry, especially those starting out in ministry. By coming alongside missionaries as a coach, he can support, encourage and enable them to develop strong 'wings'.

Given the option of retirement a year or so back, Terry felt a renewed call to be part of the LCM strategy with the hope that his many years of wisdom, experience and prayerfulness would enable him to spur others on to greater works.

Terry's coaching role is vital and is making a real difference. For some, it will lift the spirit of those who have become weary in the heat of the battle, while for others, it will encourage them to soar higher in their exploits for God.
