Finance and Change Analyst (fixed term, 12 months)
We are seeking a fully qualified accountant with experience in leading transactional teams, process re-engineering and cross-functional team working. This role will support the Finance Director & Finance Manager in areas including: financial management and governance to comply with statutory and external requirements and regulations; completion of financial processes and contributing to non-finance processes to support the charity in its work; end to end review, redesigning and embedding of key financial processes; and the day to day supervision of a small team of finance professionals and administrative staff in line with the LCM Values.
