Youth Outreach Worker and Hostel Warden

We are recruiting a Youth Outreach Worker & Hostel Warden to support and develop LCM’s youth work across our teams in London, and to develop links with partner churches to help mobilise and enable even more effective Gospel outreach to least-reached young people in London.

The successful candidate will be experienced in youth ministry across a church network or region, have a passion to reach out to young people in the inner city with the Gospel and have successfully discipled young, hard to reach youth to Jesus. They will be able to engage with church leaders, mission leaders, and deliver training to churches and LCM to support the growth and development of youth outreach ministry. The role-holder will be housed in LCM accommodation and be able to disciple and develop young people, providing a stable, nurturing home environment for Gap-year students and other short-term programme students living in LCM’s hostel.

A strong evangelical Christian faith, evangelistic focus, alongside evidence of mentoring young people are essential for this role.

Salary: £18,500-20,500 per annum plus accomodation
