Meet our Leadership Team

Our Leadership Team oversees the strategic direction of London City Mission and its members lead various departments within the organisation.

The team is led by Graham Miller, our Chief Executive.

Graham Miller

Chief Executive

Graham joined London City Mission as Chief Executive in October 2013. Prior to that, he had worked as a missionary for Crosslinks in China and led a number of businesses and charities in the UK, Europe and East Asia.

Nick Allenson

Finance Director

Nick joined London City Mission in 2016 to lead the Finance, Property and IT teams. He comes with extensive financial and strategic management experience, having worked in senior finance roles for large commercial organisations over the previous twenty years. His responsibilities include ensuring that LCM prayerfully stewards its physical and financial resources.

Tayo Arikawe

Director of Ministries

Tayo works with Field Directors to support and oversee our dedicated outreach team of team leaders, city missionaries, mission associates and volunteers.

Alan Black

Director of Studies
Deputy Chief Executive

Alan is responsible for developing our training and mentoring programme. Training opportunities vary from one-day Practical Evangelism Courses, to our week-long Summer School, to the Urban Mission Course for new mission team recruits.

Caroline Millar

Church Development & Partnerships Director

Caroline has responsibility for establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with senior church and parachurch leaders, playing an ambassadorial role for London City Mission within London and beyond. It is through such relationships that LCM is able to promote and ensure cooperation between the Mission and Bible-believing, gospel-proclaiming churches across the city.

Jo Sutton

Communications & Programme Director

Jo is responsible for our communications with supporters, partners and staff, as we share stories of what God is doing through our ministries and inspire people to get involved. She also assists the CEO and Leadership Team in the planning, delivery, reviewing and reporting of our annual programme of strategic activity and projects.

Efrem Buckle

Training & Mentoring Director

Efrem joined London City Mission in 2014 as a part time Training Manager helping to establish the LCM Pioneer Programme. Now as the Director of Training and Mentoring he seeks to serve LCM in strengthening impact and increasing the reach of our quality training provision.

Rachel Wagstaff

Head of Fundraising and Supporter Relations

Rachel seeks to develop and maintain enduring Gospel partnerships with supporters. Prior to working with London City Mission, Rachel has been working for over 20 years to advance a range of non-profit causes, including 6 years living in rural Kenya.
