Meet our Leadership Team
Our Leadership Team oversees the strategic direction of London City Mission and its members lead various departments within the organisation.
The team is led by Graham Miller, our Chief Executive.
Graham joined London City Mission as Chief Executive in October 2013. Prior to that, he had worked as a missionary for Crosslinks in China and led a number of businesses and charities in the UK, Europe and East Asia.

Nick joined London City Mission in 2016 to lead the Finance, Property and IT teams. He brought extensive financial and strategic management experience from working for large commercial organisations. His responsibilities include ensuring that LCM prayerfully stewards its physical and financial resources. Nick seeks to balance investing resources in today’s LCM ministry whilst providing for tomorrow’s.
Training & Mentoring Director
Deputy Chief Executive
Efrem joined London City Mission in 2014 as a part time Training Manager helping to establish the LCM Pioneer Programme. Now as the Director of Training and Mentoring he seeks to serve LCM in strengthening impact and increasing the reach of our quality training provision.
Director of People and Organisation Development
Christian joined London City Mission in 2021 as Director of People and Organisation Development. He has thirty years experience in helping organisations set strategy, implement complex change and develop teams, working across the public, private and charitable sectors. He is passionate about helping LCM live out its values for the Glory of God.
Interim Director of Ministries
Terry joined London City Mission in 1977, initially as a volunteer. He has served in various roles within the Mission since then, and has recently stepped up as Interim Director of Ministries, overseeing the field teams as they seek to implement LCM’s vision of working with London churches to see the least-reached hearing the good news of Jesus.
Director of Fundraising and Supporter Partnerships
Rachel seeks to develop and maintain enduring Gospel partnerships with supporters. Prior to working with London City Mission, Rachel has been working for over 20 years to advance a range of non-profit causes, including six years living in rural Kenya.
