Children of the City

This book of readings, meditations and prayers is the fruit of the author’s intercessory ministry and concern for the city. Joy Whyte, the wife of a former General Secretary of the London City Mission, had for 26 years an intimate knowledge of life and mission in the inner city. An earlier book 'Prayers for a City', ranged across the diverse need of London and the cities of the world.
